Adjuster &/OR Forwarding Rates*

25% on first $5,000 collected
20% on the excess of $5,000 collected
$100 if between $200 and $400 collected
50% if total collected is under $200
12 1/2% fee on return of merchandise or minimum fee whichever is larger

The SKO · Brenner · American Consumer Claims Rate will apply to commercial claims if debtor is no longer in business.

MAJOR CLAIMS SERVICE RATES
Specialized service on claims of $25,000 and above at the following special low rates.

15% on collections to $100,000

10% on the excess of $100,000 collected

If less than $25,000 is realized, Standard Commercial Rates apply

Rates applied to non-forwarded claims only.

*Accounts over 1 year old or out of Business at the time of placement may be subjected to increased fees not to exceed 50%

FOREIGN CLAIMS RATES

35% on first $5,000 collected

30% on the excess of $5,000 collected

STANDARD CONSUMER CLAIMS RATES

33-1/3% on first $5000 collected
30% on the excess collected
Minimum charge of $100 on collection between $200 and $300
50% on collections of $200 or less

50% on claims of less then $10,000 if they must be forwarded to a local attorney.

On accounts greater than $10,000, lower fees may apply. Adjustments will be considered on a case by case basis.
